Opening on December 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

The Sammlung Goetz will open a new temporary exhibition venue on Pacellistraße, in the heart of Munich. Located in a former shop in Sep Ruf's Neue Maxburg arcade, the venue is open to view from both the street and the inner courtyard through floor-to-ceiling windows. The exhibition concept features important artistic positions from the Sammlung Goetz in curated temporary exhibitions. Additionally, digital and analog educational formats for adults and children are planned to engage the audience of the Sammlung Goetz and to reach new target groups at the new location.
This new centrally located space is intended to serve as a showcase, ensuring that the Sammlung Goetz remains visible while its main venue in Oberföhring is closed. The name "Schaufenster” (display window, showcase) refers both to the location of the new exhibition space and to the curatorial concept developed for it.
