"The exhibition at the Sammlung Goetz, BASE 103 in 2004/05 and the video installation on their facade in 2010/11 were very inspiring for me – especially the latter: seeing an exhibition space turn itself inside out, where suddenly the facade becomes the artwork and the artwork is exposed to all, was a transformative experience.

The presented work „Migration“ is a work that was filmed across the modern landscape, inside hotel and motel rooms, where animals and wildlife re-inhabited these human spaces. With our installation in Munich, the work was projected on the facade of the Herzog & de Meuron building. At night, it brought the artwork back into the landscape, reversing the role of the museum and foundation, allowing it to push out the experience towards us, the viewers, the audience, and the world around us. It was a profound installation and a reminder to keep moving forward towards the future always."
