Workshop: Drag Make-Up

The transformation into staged personas with the help of costumes and makeup plays a central role in the work of artist Cindy Sherman, whose pieces are currently on view at Sammlung Goetz / Schaufenster.

As part of the exhibition "Cindy Sherman" and in conjunction with Pride Weeks, we are offering a special workshop this month: Together with Munich-based Drag Queen Flint, you’ll receive an exciting insight into the world of drag makeup. ⁠

Participants will learn about the art form of drag and its makeup techniques and will have the opportunity to try them out on themselves under guidance. The workshop offers the chance to explore questions of identity, role, and performance in a creative and playful way.

Max. 10 participants, all ages welcome

Makeup supplies will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own makeup.
